About us
Spec Draft is a drafting design company located in the foothills of Colorado. We specialize in CAD and Revit based Building Information Modeling for both residential and commercial new build projects; however, we also have the capabilities to create specific detail renderings for smaller projects such as additions and commercial fixtures.
